Surprisingly relaxing nowadays has become a challenge itself.  We gain so much benefit from relaxing daily. Stress has become a norm in our lives: worry, anxiety, depression -especially at these unprecedented times of CODVI-19.

 

When we relax, the flow of blood increases around our body giving us more energy. It helps us to have a calmer and clearer mind which aids positive thinking, concentration, memory, and decision making. Relaxation slows our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure, and relieves tension. we are completely relaxed it is not possible to think negatively.

On a deeper level,  everything that you truly wish for and you are able to ask in a relaxed state trusting way will come to you. That is why it is so crucial for your wish-fulfilling that you relax regularly and have happiness in your life.

A GOOd SLEEP

Although we have been told we should have at least an 8-hour sleep. IThis time varies for must of us, as what is important is the quality of sleep we have. 

Sleep plays a vital role in our physical and mental health. When we sleep, a series of repair and healing processes take part.  Insufficient sleep is linked to numerous mental health problems and disorders, including stress and depression. In addition to that, an increase in heart and kidney diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, obesity, and stroke. 

A vast amount of people worldwide suffer from a chronic sleep disorder. If by the time to wake up in the morning and feel fatigued is because you have not had a good night's sleep.

I suffered from insomnia for about a year, waking up in the middle of the night unable to get back to sleep. Then I ended with signs of stress in my body like shingles and depression.  So I started hypnotherapy and meditation to mentally switch off before bedtime, with marvelous results.  

For most of us, this COVID-19 times as a very stressful situation might be affecting our quality of sleep. So, I want to give you this free of charge guided meditation you can listen at bedtime to help you to relax and switch off your mind to allow you to have a deserved good night sleep.
