My Book
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Preayl
I am very much enjoying this book, I have just been reading through the chapter of Blaming others and felt a bang as I realised that even though I have never considered myself as a blamer, or even a victim, I do indeed go complaining and releasing myself of fault. I think we all do at some point and I find it very helpful to identify when and on what occasions I have done it in order to make the changes that will make my life fulfilled with a sense of accomplishment.
What I like most besides the structure - a very systematic and easy to do approach - It makes you think and go over your day to day behaviour to inevitably ponder how and where to lead your life, the actions or inaction, the changes you have to make in order to accomplish your goals.

This book is so easy to read, to its credit it does not take long to walk with the author through her interesting life and frank analysis of herself and how she made sense of and connected her early experiences with her mid-life difficulties and how she sought to change how she viewed herself and the world to lead to acceptance and contentment. This is a great book if you are looking for techniques to improve self awareness and drive change in the way you view yourself and the world around you.

This is a great book for anyone who is looking to change their life, or aspects of it, and to move forward but perhaps not sure where to start. Based on her own experiences, Ismenia offers practical advice and guides you on a journey of self discovery and teaches you not to be afraid of who you really are.
Each daily exercise gives an affirmation that is good to keep in your head throughout the day and inspires you to challenge your mindset and take positive steps towards being the person you want to be. It is definitely working for me, thanks Ismenia!
