I invite you to take a short journey with me where we will explore the good within us. I will show you how by making baby steps we can make changes in our lives to feel better and really believe we can create a meaningful life.
This workshop will last 1-1/2 hour. You will have the choice to get seated on the floor, we will provide mats but feel free to bring your own mat. Chairs will be provided for other preferences you might have. This will be an open forum where it will up to you to join or just keep observing your own feelings while listening to others.
I will guide you through a short relaxation and meditation and two practices with the aim to making you feel better with yourself.
