About the Event
What is going to happen in the workshop? I will teach you few quick and effective breathing practices that you can use when you feel you are about to get out of control or even if you are out already. We will be doing some breathing practices, a short meditation and two other spiritual practices taken from my recently published book "Walking the Path Within: A Journey of Self-Discovery" which you can also buy your autographed copy is you want so. Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one - otherwise both will be provided and the intention of being fully present.
No expectations are required just you and your intention to be fully present.
