About the Event
I will be teaching you different techniques you can use at any time to come or stay in the present moment. All you need, you have it, I will tell you where to find it!
Mindfulness is not about controlling our emotions but acknowledges them so we can decide the way we want to feel when shifting the way we think.
There are easy techniques that I will show you how to use whenever you need.
My intention is that at the end of this workshop you not only believe in the healing power of living in the present moment, but you will leave with the certainty that being intentional about living in the now is a matter of unlearning and going back to our true self.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you have one as well as a yoga mat if you have one, if you don't we will provide one for you. If you are no comfortable lying down, there are options of positions for the meditation session.
