About the event
Hi, my name is Ismenia,
I have been always passionate about life, exploring my own spiritual experience and the way I connect with others through the way I connect with myself. In my life early years I was struggling with my own life, I ended exhausted and ill. The recovery from that illness took me to processes of openness and self-acceptance to embrace who I was and while I embarked on a re-discovering journey I learnt that I needed not to look for in the outside world for answers to my questions about life but to look within to find the truth about myself and all the limitless opportunities for happiness, peace, self-love, and faith. The work I have done with myself to transform my own experience in life and be happy with myself is something we all can do when we make the decision.
Here I am now to tell you that all the answers we are looking for are within each one of us and all the peace, love, meaning, success, health and happiness resides within. If we want to see a different world, we need to create it first. Once we come to the self-realisation that are creators with the Universe, we will become more mindful about our own life; making every moment counts.
Living the present moment takes a lot of self-awareness, it is not something that only does when we meditate or when we are in our yoga practice, but it is a transformational process to experience at any moment once we are aware of our disposition at any given moment. We usually live in the past – thereafter becoming depressed, or in the future- becoming anxious, and we forget that the moment that really counts is the NOW. I now, it is easy but not that easy!
Join me in this workshop when I will guide you through a breathing practice you can do at any time to go back to the present moment in an instant, then I will guide you through a meditation and we will finish the workshop with a group coaching session to deepen more your experience. Please feel free to bring your meditation cushion/zafu if you have any or you prefer to bring your yoga mat will also work.
